The NewPath Child & Family Solutions Care Coordinator Supervisor will be responsible for leading the Care Coordination Team, which is comprised of both moderate and intensive care coordinators. This position is responsible to guide, support and, evaluate the Care Coordinator's individual efforts by focusing on ongoing clinical and compliance issues, staff development, concurrent clinical review, and assistance to the Care Coordinator with both daily caseload and crisis management . Ensure the development of an appropriate aftercare plan regarding ongoing client needs. Ensure program supervision is provided to staff who are making decisions about the most appropriate service for a client and family. Ensure staff is trained in the developmental/treatment strategies outlined in the treatment plans. Ensure that staff utilize approved program strategies when working with clients and their families. Ensure achievement of monthly and yearly goals for staff and program. Provide both formal and informal training for assigned staff; training should be individualized, specialized and ongoing. Conduct performance evaluations and develop action plans for assigned staff for continued professional development Develop corrective action plans as needed. Provide regular supervision with assigned staff to ensure open lines of communication-provide both verbal and written feedback. Ensure adequate staff coverage and crisis coverage for clients in cases of staff absences. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree plus 2 years' experience in a related field. Master's degree plus 1-year experience in a related field preferred. Licensed Clinical Professional strongly preferred (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, or LMFT). Experience and expertise in one or more of the following areas: family and community systems and resources, case management, child and family counseling or therapy, child protection, or child development. Experience providing community-based services to children, youth, and their families, in areas of children's behavioral health. Experience Supervising in a behavioral healthcare setting. Experience working with licensed practitioners at a Supervisor level. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age, have a valid driver's license, and proof of current auto insurance with no more than 5 points on your MVR. Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
