The practice is expanding its sub-specialty service lines for the community in need! Opportunity Details In-house referrals from 8 primary care providers Outpatient Clinic Excellent work-life balance No call/No weekends Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 Compensation Package $350,000-$460,000-based on experience Health insurance fully paid $250 individual deductible, $500 family 401K with an 8% match 6 weeks PTO, 7 Days sick (accrued) 6 Paid Holidays 5 days paid CME, $5,000 for CME $30,000 sign-on $20,000 relocation Community Information Known forproviding almost 35 percent of the nation's coal and is also a significant producer of oil and natural gas.
