Job Description: TwineChart is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support, handling a high volume of calls, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Salary: $17.50 - $26.00 hourly Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Answer incoming calls from customers and provide timely and accurate information. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Data Entry: Accurately record and update customer information in the database. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Problem Resolution: Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TwineChart’s products and services. Provide customers with accurate information about products, services, and promotions. Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed call center metrics, such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution. Participate in training and development programs to improve performance and customer service skills. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency with computer systems and software applications. Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
