In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing critical business information systems. Your primary duties will include engaging with end-users and stakeholders to resolve issues, as well as deploying and managing automation applications that facilitate seamless integration activities between various information systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in scripting, databases, and working with APIs to drive efficiency through automation. Key Responsibilities: Provide robust support for critical business information systems to ensure operational continuity. Engage with end-users and stakeholders to promptly address and resolve system issues. Deploy and manage automation applications to streamline and optimize integration activities between information systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements. Utilize scripting, database management, and API integration skills to develop effective automated solutions. Qualifications: Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proven experience in scripting languages (e.g., Python). Strong proficiency in database management and query languages (e.g., SQL). Hands-on experience with APIs and integration techniques.
