This will be an initial contract for 3 months based in Walsall, offering a pay rate of £14.91 per hour. Pay: £14.91 per hour Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 37 hours per week Location: Onsite full time, North Locality Hub, Willenhall, WV12 5EXDuties: Provide business support, including admin tasks and records management. Handle phone calls and reception duties with excellent customer service. Manage email inboxes and correspondence efficiently. Coordinate meetings and training sessions, preparing agendas and materials. Attend meetings, take notes, and transcribe recordings into minutes. Essential Criteria: Administrative and organisational skills. Touch typing abilities and minute-taking experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. An eye for detail and a passion for accuracy. Handle financial transactions with care and responsibility. Proficient in calendar management.
