You will manage and coordinate the completion of quality assurance activities for new releases and system enhancements. Your other responsibilities will include:· Oversee staff and team development aspects including the selection, training/development, disciplining/performance review, salary administration, work assignments, motivation of employees, and assigned budget activities.· Integrate test automation across projects.· Coordinate the project management and implementation schedule by working with the project manager and the business representatives.What It Takes to Join Our Team: * College degree or equivalent required. * Previous people management experience preferred. * Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSBG) preferred or progress towards completion. * Strong analytical and problem solving and organizational skill required.What We Offer You: When you're on our team, you get more than a great paycheck.
