The candidate will primarily work on complex electric and telecommunications regulatory matters, along with various business matters such as administrative litigation, government affairs, regulated transactions, contract review, investment/financing, and mergers and acquisitions. Experience in the electric or telecommunications industry is strongly preferred. The role requires producing client-ready work products, providing excellent client service, and clear communication of legal principles.
