HME Companies is looking for a detail-orientated and analytical candidate who will be responsible for an important aspect of our Senior Living Business Operations. This role will process monthly invoices to residents and/or resident families and monitor outstanding balances to ensure each amount is paid on time and in full. In addition to the senior living billing responsibilities this individual will assist with our robust Human Resource Information System. They will create modules, develop reports, perform audits, manage file maintenance, complete data entry, and agree to comply with and perform the duties and responsibilities as described below. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE: Prepare and coordinate billing for all Communities. Partner with Administrators to ensure billing, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and CRM systems are kept up to date. Onboard current/new communities with billing, HRIS, and CRM systems Create efficiencies for billing and CRM systems and training. Train specific staff at each community on billing, HRIS, and CRM systems. Work with the Home Office to coordinate monthly payables/receivables, ensuring consistency and timely submission. Act as main point- of- contact for all HME Care billing. Process long term care monthly statements for all applicable residents. Perform CRM database administrator duties. Assist in creating policies and procedures on all aspects of our HRIS System for end users. Perform audits, file maintenance and data entry to ensure compliance in all areas. Create, track and report on specific key performance indicators related to billing and payroll. Work directly with the HR Manager and VP of Operations to meet the current state and future needs of billing and payroll within the company. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience. Proficient in accounting and billing. Knowledge to build reports and analyst information. Team player who can integrate into and support a team. Self-driven and goal orientated. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to communicate clearly and provide excellent customer service. Demonstrate effective writing, proofreading, and editing skills. Previous experience working with cloud-based billing, CRM, and HRIS systems preferred. BENEFITS: Generally, 40 hours per week between hours of 8 AM- 5 PM. From time-to-time additional hours may be required for special projects, which may include weekends or holidays, and tenant/property emergencies. Salary DOE.
