The candidate will collaborate closely with current business litigation attorneys to handle a variety of general business litigation matters on behalf of multiple clients.Duties and Responsibilities:Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in general business litigation matters.Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Handle discovery, including document production and review.Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.Collaborate with clients, attorneys, and support staff to strategize case management.Maintain accurate and timely case records and billable hours.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school in the United States.Admission to practice law in the state of Minnesota.Minimum of 3+ years of experience handling general business and commercial litigation matters.Strong knowledge of Minnesota state and federal court rules and procedures.Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.Effective oral and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Benefits:401(k) / Profit Sharing Plan.Paid Parental Leave.Comprehensive Health Insurance coverage.Continuing Legal Education (CLE) support and Bar Dues reimbursement.Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Employee Discounts.Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) options.Life Insurance coverage.Optional Vision and Dental Insurance (available at employee cost).
