In this role you will: Inbound Lead Management (40% of time): Qualify inbound leads for general contractor (GC) sales team. Scope prospect needs. Identify pain points. Create pricing requests in our internal PM tool. Develop opportunities in Salesforce with detailed notes. Handoff to Account Executive or Director for pursuit. Own and respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries for small and medium sized businesses (SMBs); qualifying prospects and identifying their needs. Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in Salesforce and other internal reporting systems. Operational Support for GC sales team (50% of time): Assist the GC sales team with pricing requests and subsequent bid proposals by interfacing with the appropriate technical resources to establish pricing for quotes and bids. Work closely with the account owner to develop the pursuit strategy, communication approach, and kickoff details. Help with the handoff between sales and operations and help operations with preparing for kickoff. Work with operations teams to process change orders. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project milestones are met and client expectations are exceeded. Coordinate with the account owner to provide regular project status updates to key client contacts, addressing any concerns or changes in scope. Gather client feedback after project completion to identify areas for improvement and enhance future service delivery. Report on GC sales team activities & create operational efficiencies. Develop visibility into KPIs for proposal development to ensure we are creating timely bids for prospects for inbound and outbound sales activities. Create pricing calculators around the services the GC team sells to improve early visibility into rough order of magnitude (ROM) Develop standard processes around pricing delivery and proposal development for all customers. Develop and mature internal processes to help drive efficiencies around the pursuit process. Solution Consultant for GC Team (10% of Time): Assist the sales team in developing presentation materials of historical deliverables for client meetings. Participate in client presentations and demonstrations to showcase BIM/VDC capabilities . Generate reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate project progress and results. Work with the account owner to conduct needs assessments and gather project specifications to tailor solutions. Collaborate with account owner and internal teams to develop customized service offerings. Provide expert knowledge of BIM/VDC tools, technologies, and best practices. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM/VDC methodologies Apply if you have: 2 - 3 years of construction industry experience, either as a Project Engineer or a BIM Coordinator for a GC or trade contractor. 2 - 3 years of estimating and takeoff experience. 2 - 3 years of construction account/project management experience. 1 - 2 years of exposure to BIM/VDC (modeling experience is not required). Strong organizational management skills and an attention to detail. Experience producing estimates and/or developing proposals. Strong networking and relationship building skills. An ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines. A solution-oriented, problem solving outlook and have experience successfully working in a team setting. A track record of self-mastery and experience being successful in a remote or hybrid environment. Even better if you have: Managed accounts within the AEC industry. Worked at a construction technology company in a customer-facing role. Worked in a fast-paced, hyper-growth culture. Used Dodge Reports, Zoom Info, or other prospecting tools. Experience with Salesforce. Experience selling VDC/BIM services. A solid understanding of who AEC stakeholders and clients are and what problems they face. Compensation and featured benefits: The pay for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 , and the role is eligible for incentive compensation of $20,000+ . The actual salary offer may be different as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, location , and experience Health insurance with the choice of five plan options.
