About the Job The Business Control Manager (BCM) at Cenlar is responsible for equipping the business with the necessary risk expertise and resources to manage risks, comply with regulatory requirements, and meet contractual obligations. The BCM continuously improves the business control environment by assessing inherent risks and evaluating control effectiveness, proactively identifying deficiencies, and updating control ratings. This role involves managing a team of Business Control Analysts, driving risk mitigation through ongoing RCSA program execution, and facilitating continuous reassessment of control processes. The BCM ensures effective risk management by responding to client requests, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, and providing control design advice. Additionally, the BCM evaluates technology controls, leads technology risk assessments, and offers consulting services to improve technology-related risk management. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree, 7 to 10 years of relevant experience, a deep understanding of risk management and internal control principles, and effective communication skills. Technology-specific qualifications include professional certifications and knowledge of IT processes, auditing, and cloud security risks.
