The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in business law, providing comprehensive legal services to business clients. This role offers a supportive work environment and excellent benefits.Key Responsibilities:Provide legal advice and support on various business law matters, including contracts, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.Assist clients in the formation and structuring of business entities.Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting business operations.Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and other dispute resolution proceedings.Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure effective case management and client service.Develop and maintain positive client relationships, providing ongoing counsel and support.Prepare and present legal opinions and reports to clients.Participate in business development activities, including client presentations and networking events.Requirements:1-6 years of experience in business law.Strong understanding of corporate law, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active membership in good standing with the Florida State Bar.Skills:Strong legal research and writing skills.Excellent oral and written communication abilities.Proficient in legal software and case management tools.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.Business acumen and the ability to understand clients' business operations and objectives.Benefits:401(k) retirement plan.Contributions to health and dental plans.Subsidized gym membership.Disability coverage.
