<p><em><strong>This is a temporary position through one of the world's leading global health insurance companies</strong></em></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Provides advanced professional input to complex Business Analytics assignments/projects.</li><li>Works in collaboration with business partners to provide analyses and reports to aide decision making based on data, facts, and analytical findings across different parts of the organization.</li><li>Analyzes and interprets collected data, spots trends, writes reports and recommendations and completes data modeling.</li><li>Supports and provides direction to more junior professionals.</li><li>Works autonomously, only requiring “expert” level technical support from others.</li><li>Exercises judgment in the evaluation, selection, and adaptation of both standard and complex techniques and procedures.</li><li>Utilizes in-depth professional knowledge and acumen to develop models and procedures, and monitor trends, within Business Analytics.</li></ul><p>.</p><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li><em>2 years of experience in Analytics</em></li><li><em>2-3 years working experience with SQL</em></li><li><em>Proficient in Microsoft (especially Excel - vlookup, formulas, pivot tables)</em></li><li><em>Tableau Knowledge is preferred</em></li><li><em>Python is nice to have but not required</em></li><li><em>Healthcare knowledge is nice to have but not required</em></li><li><em>Bachelor Degree preferred but not required</em></li></ul><p> </p><p>Hours: ONSITE Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with option for remote Monday and Friday. In office location will be Morris Plains, NJ. Monday-Friday, Full-time. Core Hours are 8:30am-5pm EST.</p><p><strong>Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation) </strong></p><p>This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $38.00/hour-$47.00/hour</p><p>Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met)</p>
