The Business Analyst will work on multiple initiatives and will report to the Director of Business Intelligence. This unique role offers the opportunity to interact with senior leadership across the Company while working collaboratively to address complex business challenges. The role incorporates qualitative research, data analysis, and project management. By working in a small company environment, the Analyst will be able to make a meaningful contribution toward advancing the Company’s mission. Responsibilities Serve as the first line of analytical support for specific Sungage teams, charged with facilitating data-driven decision making to promote your teams’ success Consult stakeholders across the company to identify and address key business opportunities Develop and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards for automated reporting Conduct ad-hoc research on various matters (related to market landscape, competition, etc.) Create presentations that convey critical information to internal and external stakeholders Requirements Comfortable independently advancing projects to address complex problems, with the ability to identify and request the necessary support to ensure work timelines and quality standards are met Ability to balance multiple priorities and bring thoughtfulness, clarity, and urgency to the assimilation of information and summarization of analysis Strong analytical mindset, and comfort with both qualitative and quantitative assessments Proven expertise with one or more of the following analytical softwares or programming languages, as well as a strong desire to learn more: Microsoft Excel, Tableau, SQL, R, Python Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail and accuracy Minimum of 2 years of experience performing sophisticated commercial analysis Minimum of 1 year of experience building and managing Tableau dashboards Sungage Financial is an affirmative action-equal opportunity employer.
