About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Burn Trauma Surgical team at Brigham and Women's Hospital. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients on 8AB, working collaboratively to ensure a safe and supportive environment.Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care, prioritizing their physical and emotional needs. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.Requirements Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts. Current surgical trauma experience preferred.
