Bureau of Engraving and Printing, Project Manager Education/Professional Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree in an applicable field. Certification with reputable business continuity or emergency management organization(s); preferably Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), Project Management Professional (PMP), and/or Certified Emergency Manager (CEM). • Minimum of 8-10 years of project management experience. • Experience with business continuity, emergency management, and continuity of operations program requirements. • Ability to identify project goals, objectives, and scope and create a project plan that outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources required, while e stablishing and maintaining processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks. • Understanding of how to conduct regular status meetings with executive level personnel and subject matter experts. • Experience developing and reviewing communication plans for program initiatives, reporting project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalating issues, as necessary, according to the project work plan.
