We are a direct marketing and customer acquisition company committed to delivering exceptional products/services to our client's potential customers. We are currently hiring a full-time Brand Assistant to join our growing team and assist with our sales development efforts in the San Rafael area. As a Brand Assistant, you will be crucial in supporting our marketing efforts and fostering positive customer relationships. Responsibilities to expect as a Brand Assistant: Collaborate with the sales team to execute marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with our client's potential customers Gather customer feedback and insights, sharing relevant information with other Brand Assistants and sales development teams Continuously learn about marketing trends, competitive landscape, and product enhancements to remain knowledgeable and effective in marketing and sales discussions Participate in lead generation, and customer outreach activities to gain practical sales and marketing experience Brand Assistant Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Customer-focused attitude with a genuine desire to provide exceptional sales and customer service Comfortable using a computer or iPad Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or marketing is a plus This position will involve in-person collaboration with various departments within our organization and we are looking for candidates who can reliably commute to and from our office in San Rafael, CA.
