Number of Vacancies: 1Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time Wage Rate: $27.60 Hourly (40 Hours per week)Over Time Wage: $41.40 per hour (After 40 hours per week)Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible Business Location: 5846 126A St. Surrey, BC V3X 3J4Work Location: 2113 - 21320 Westminster Hwy, Richmond, BC V6V 2X5Languages: English Education: - Completion of Secondary School. - Completion of a college program/courses in bookkeeping/accounting Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in the related field is preferred Job Duties: • Maintain general ledgers on daily basis• Maintain and balance accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems. • Maintain subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating and posting transactions. • Prepare accounting and financial reports of the company• Prepare cheques of payrolls and Tax Returns• Pay Taxes, utility and other bills in timely manners• Prepare and submit workers compensation forms, pension Contribution forms and handle other documentation. • Keep record of each department expenses and make monthly and annual reports. • Crosscheck all the payments made to different departments• May Suggest for company’s financial growth Benefits: As per employment standards act; Overtime after 40 hours per week; The employee will get 10 days paid Vacation.
