Our Bookkeeper is someone who helps us provide compassionate legal services and plan for growth using our Benchmarking Budget and our Cash Flow Forecast. Our Bookkeeper loves to streamline processes by automating systems so there is less room for error. Our Bookkeeper manages our Financial Systems Manual so everyone knows WHO shall do WHAT by WHEN so we can be good money managers with on-time reports and accurate information. Responsibilities: • Ensure all books reconcile with bank statements and prepare financial statements• Consistently input daily financial transactions and finalize the posting process• Complete bookkeeping duties: Data entry and record maintenance• Oversee payroll so employees are paid accurately and in a timely manner• Make sure accounts receivable/payable are complete Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required• Worked previously with basic accounting systems, QuickBooks, and Excel• Must possess exceptional communication, problem-solving, and time management skills• 2+ years of work experience at an accounting firm or as a bookkeeper, cost accountant, management accountant, or similar position Compensation: $18 - $25 hourly About Company: We're celebrating our 10th year in business with growth!
