Responsibilities:• Communicate with owners and tenants regarding their ledgers.• Receive and check bank deposits.• Process out tenants and return security deposits.• Balance credit card statements and billbacks.• Utility management.• Support staff as needed.• Ensure the office is kept on track and stocked. Qualifications:• Accounting / Bookkeeping experience.• Real Estate experience.• Exceptional interpersonal communication.• Excellent organizational skills.• Fluent with technology. Microsoft Office, Process software, Quickbooks Online, Cloud functionality.• Creative.
