The Hertrich Difference : Extremely Competitive Salaries with HUGH earning potential and monthly incentives Full benefit package available after 90 days (medical, vision, dental, life insurance and more) Monday- Friday schedule for work and family balance Paid Holidays, Vacation, and Personal Days 401K Plan with Employer Match Employee Purchase Discounts Experienced Body Shop Detailer / Collision Center Auto Detail Duties: Thoroughly Clean Interior and Exterior of Vehicles for Customer Delivery Ensure all finished work meets Collision Center Quality Standards Maintain the Body Shop and property clean, neat and in orderly at all times Assist with light maintenance duties as assigned around body shop Report any Collision Center safety concerns and conditions to management Duties subject to change based on Body Shop needs Experienced Body Shop Detailer / Collision Center Auto Detail Qualifications : Prior auto detail experience is required Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment Self-motivated team player High School Diploma or GED required Must have a valid driver's license and few to no points on driving record "Offers of employment are conditional.
