Your responsibilities will include: Conducting thorough functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing individualized treatment plans Providing direct ABA therapy to cli ents in home and community-based settings Training and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)/ Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT)/ BCAT/ Behavior Technicians to ensure implementation of treatment plans Collaborating with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to care Maintaining accurate data collection and analysis to track client progress and inform treatment decisions Participating in team meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities Settings: Hybrid options available In-home and community settings Full and Part-time roles available Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Technician (BCBA) certification required Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Join us at Discovery ABA and embark on a fulfilling career where your skills and compassion can positively impact the lives of others.
