We offer Part Time and Full Time Opportunities. FT Salary Potential: Base is $60,000-$80,000 PLUS a region specific bonus (see below**) (PLUS significant quarterly bonus potential - no cap on this bonus), PT Salary Range: $60-$70 hourly. **We are currently offering a bonus for current (retention bonus) and future BCBAs (sign on bonus) who cover the Boston region** *For BCBAs that cover the Boston region we provide a MBTA monthly pass to cover commuting. Our goal is to increase our abilities to serve the Early Intervention community by making it easier for our BCBAs to do so* We are now an Early Intervention provider through out all of our regions! If you are passionate about working with individuals diagnosed with autism, Key Autism Services is hiring for Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) across Massachusetts. We have both full-time, salaried positions and part-time, hourly positions available. Additional benefits are discussed below! Our trained behavior technicians (BTs) provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals diagnosed with autism under the guidance and supervision of a BCBA. With this position, you'll be working in-home with families, implementing ABA programs, training BTs on implementation of said programs, and establishing parent training opportunities in order to promote generalization of programming, maintenance, and carryover of acquisition skills. Services include programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other related mental health and developmental conditions. We have been serving families since 2014.
