Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Biologist for our client at Cambridge,MA. The ideal candidate will have expertise in molecular biology techniques and a strong background in Cell Biology, Immunology and Biochemistry. Responsibilities:- Conduct experiments involving mammalian cell culture, biomarker studies and downstream processing of RNA, DNA and Protein.- Perform data analysis using excel and GraphPad.- Perform assay development and designing of experiments- Collaborate with team members on research projects and work with CROs- Maintain accurate records of experiments and results using ELN- Stay current with scientific literature and advancements in the field Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Cell Biology or related field with 3+ years and 5+ years of experience respectively- Proven experience in tissue culture, protein extractions, 3D cultures, RNA and DNA isolation, ELISA, and Flow Cytometry- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills- Excellent documentation and communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team This position offers a competitive pay rate commensurate with candidate experience and qualifications.
