Our most popular items include jasmine rice, canned coconut juice, coconut milk, instant noodles, mung bean, Thai tea drinks, and frozen durian. What You’ll Do As a Billing Clerk for our Los Angeles facility, you will support our sales teams by managing billing processes, ensuring accuracy in invoicing, and facilitating smooth financial operations. This role requires a proactive approach to resolving billing inquiries and fostering effective communication between departments, clients, and vendors Process and generate invoices accurately and promptly for products and services rendered. Review sales orders and contracts to ensure billing accuracy and compliance with company policies. Collaborate closely with sales teams to address billing-related inquiries and discrepancies. Maintain accurate billing records and documentation in the company’s financial systems. Reconcile billing accounts and assist in resolving any billing discrepancies. Support the sales team with any necessary financial reporting and analytics. Assist in the preparation of financial reports as needed. Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing issues and resolve them in a timely manner. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline billing processes. Qualifications: High school diploma; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred. 60-80 WPM 2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related financial role. Strong proficiency in billing software and MS Office Suite (particularly Excel). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with sales teams and customers. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Hourly Compensation: $18 - $24 Powered by JazzHR
