In the United States, Tradebe Environmental Services has 30 sites and serves customers from a broad range of markets, from petrochemicals to aerospace and hospitals, with unparalleled safety and quality standards.The OpportunityWith a high level of accuracy, as a Billing Clerk you will conduct, oversee, organize, and complete all billing and data entry for customers. A successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and use tact while handling internal and external customers. Key Job Responsibilities * Continually monitor transactions reviewing orders released to invoice * Monitor incoming proformas emailed for invoice and review for accuracy * Post final invoices and print required back-up such as manifests and certificates * Pull running lists of sales orders for customers and compare pricing in SAP * Quality control of billing data and finding resolutions to discrepancies * Distribute invoices in customer-requested format Qualifications * A high school diploma or the equivalent is required * An Associate's Degree in an accounting or environmental discipline preferred * Technology savvy * Must possess attention to detail and motivated by meeting/exceeding set goals * Excellent organizational skills * Proactive problem resolution skills * Enjoys a fast-paced work environment * Works well in both a team and individual setting * SAP experience is a plus Why Tradebe is Right for You! * Student loan repayment assistance * Medical (including telehealth), dental and vision * 401k Retirement match * Flexible spending accounts (FSA) * Health savings accounts (HSA) * Agency paid, basic life and AD&D insurance * Career ladders, professional development, and promotion opportunities * Leadership opportunities * Great work environment and culture * And MORE!
