Peregrine Team is hiring for Legal Assistants (Personal Injury) in Beverly Hills, CA. This position is a full-time, contract to hire role with full benefits and competitive pay. Pay: $20 - $30/hour Job Duties: Initiate and set up new claims with relevant insurance companies. Obtain and review medical documentation and bills related to the injury. Gather necessary documents and information from insurance companies. Evaluate and assess incoming calls for potential new cases. Obtain estimates for any property damage associated with the case. Keep clients informed about their case progress, pain levels, and treatment updates. Draft initial demand letters outlining the claim and settlement requests. Qualifications: Candidate must have experience with pre-litigation personal injury cases. Can type at least 45 wpm. Bilingual Spanish speaker is a must. Organized and can handle many tasks at once. Must be a team player. Candidate must be eager to learn, grow, and perform responsibilities to the best of their ability.
