Source Receivables Management is currently seeking Bilingual (English/Spanish) Collection Specialists to join our rapidly growing Call Center team in our Greensboro, NC office! We are looking for professional candidates who have a solid work history, enjoy working in a competitive environment, and are fluent in both English and Spanish. $13.00/hour plus UNCAPPED MONTHLY BONUSES!!! This job is located at our call center in Greensboro, NC. This position offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped bonuses to keep you challenged and rewarded.We offer great benefits that include medical, dental, vision, FSA, paid time off, and a competitive 401(k) plan!The ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications and skills: Bilingual (Fluent in both English and Spanish) Excellent communication skills (oral and written) Background in customer service, sales, or collections is preferred but not required Great multi-tasking skills (candidate must be able to talk and type simultaneously) Self-motivated and results-oriented Strong negotiation skills are a plus!
