Benefit Navigator Position Overview: The Benefit Navigator will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services as we move them through the enrollment phase and managing their benefits through our enrollment platforms. This position is open to a hybrid schedule for candidates that live in or near St. George, Utah or remote if in another area. Travel to client locations throughout the United States may be required for this position in rare circumstances as needed. As a Benefit Navigator at Planstin Administration, you are expected to earn $50,000-$60,000 depending on experience and will be eligible for performance-based quarterly bonuses. Key Responsibilities: Utilize and maintain Employee Navigator and other enrollment tools Stay up to date with platform updates and always look for ways to improve the client experience Support new company, agent brokerage, and renewal enrollment processes Assist with any client issues and concerns in the enrollment platforms Create procedures and training for others on utilizing the enrollment platforms Audit documentation, settings, and billing to ensure accuracy Optimize communication throughout the enrollment process to provide a great experience Facilitate payroll integration for clients Assist other members of the Account Success team with client support as needed Maintain knowledge of Planstin products and services Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Attention to detail. Perform work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Willing to travel as needed. 1+ years of experience in a client-facing role. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals. Familiarity with health insurance administration and regulations preferred. Life + Health Insurance License is a plus but may be acquired over time. Planstin will cover the costs for you to test and obtain study material to prepare if needed.
