A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Member Advocate for an after-hours call center position, working remotely. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls from members and providers regarding mental health and substance use services Triaging and assessing calls for clinical intervention and coordinating with clinical partners Providing information on eligibility, benefits, and provider referrals while ensuring first-call resolution Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree in a mental health or psychology/social work-related field is strongly preferred 2+ years of experience in the behavioral health field may substitute for a degree Customer service experience is required Prior experience in a patient-focused mental health environment is preferred Strong technical capabilities and proficiency in using multiple applications
