The Arc Ontario Behavior Technician Salary: $20.67 - $22.02 Position Overview Join us as a Behavior Technician at The Arc Ontario where you will work directly with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to provide person centered support! You will work in conjunction with the Behavioral Intervention Specialist (BIS) to ensure that behavioral and medication monitoring plans are reviewed, updated and implemented within established timeframes per state regulations. You will provide direct care staff onsite/hands-on training to ensure appropriate implementation of all plans and techniques.
