Summary Before and After School Program is seeking staff who are highly motivated, energetic, and enjoy spending time with children. Staff are responsible for implementing age appropriate recreation and enrichment activities for children in grades K-6. Duties Responsibilities: Assist in meeting physical and emotional needs of the children. Supervise designated groups of children. Assist in physical upkeep of the Center and its equipment and supplies. Actively engage children in developmentally appropriate activities. Ability to perform the physical demands of the position, including but not limited to: sitting, standing, walking, crawling, stooping, bending, balance, reaching and peripheral vision throughout the entire work day. Requirements Must be a team player, energetic and compassionate. High energy. Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills. Ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment. Must clear full background check and must pass health screening.
