We are looking for a behavioral therapist to add to our team. The ideal candidate should have a background working in settings where Applied Behavior Analysis practices have been utilized, special education background and/or have experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism.Behavior Therapists work 1:1 directly with clients with autism using individualized ABA(applied behavior analysis) techniques created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst(BCBA).Ability to be supervised by a BCBA for supervision hours if desired/requested and individual is able to work 20-30 hours weekly consistently. Come join our team and make a difference in the life of an individual!We have all positions and hours available throughout MA. Ideally we would like to have someone work 20-30 hours a week but happy to be flexible with more or less hours.
