*The Day-to-Day * Professionally accept orders from patrons; * Prepare cocktails/serve liquor, mixed drinks, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks as ordered; * Ensure patrons are of legal drinking age by verifying IDs; * Use proper judgement and--when necessary--refuse service to patrons who are intoxicated and/or disruptive; * Maintain the bar by keeping it clean, stocked, and organized. Supervisory Responsibilities: n/a Needed to be successful in this position: * Exceptional verbal communication skills; * Ability to work independently and manage projects efficiently; * Highest attention to detail.
