The ideal candidate will possess experience on both the debtor and creditor sides, with additional experience in commercial litigation or commercial finance being advantageous. The role requires outstanding drafting, writing, and analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational abilities, and strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Candidates must be able to manage multiple projects efficiently and hold superior academic credentials along with admission to the Bar. Key Responsibilities:Represent clients in bankruptcy, restructuring, and creditor's rights cases, including both debtor and creditor representation.Handle commercial litigation and commercial finance matters as required.Draft, review, and analyze complex legal documents with precision.Conduct comprehensive legal research and provide strategic legal advice.Manage and prioritize multiple projects and cases to ensure timely and effective resolution.Collaborate effectively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to deliver high-quality legal services.Attend court hearings, depositions, and trials, representing clients effectively.Stay current with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends. Requirements:2-3 years of experience in a large or mid-size law firm.Proven experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, and creditor's rights law.Experience in commercial litigation and/or commercial finance is preferred.Admission to the Bar is required. Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Superior academic credentials. Skills:Excellent drafting, writing, and analytical skills.High accuracy and attention to detail.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Superior verbal and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Proficiency in legal research tools and technology.
