The Support Developer collaborates with team members across the IT Department including middleware, database and ERP development.Essential Functions Execute established SDLC processDevelop software solutions by collaborating with business analysts and business users; studying systems flow, data usage, and business processesCreate process flows, high-level functional and detailed technical design specifications from business requirementsWrite well-designed and testable codeDeploy programs and evaluate user feedbackTroubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systemsComply with enterprise standards and development guidelinesFollow documentation, version control and testing, and migration standardsAbility to plan, track, escalate, and deliver upon tasks and timelines assignedProvide customer support for business critical application problems and issuesWork with onsite and offshore consultants as requiredUpdate job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools and programming techniquesCommunicate with internal and external partners as requiredAvailable for 24/7 support (scheduled and off hours)Please note this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the team member for this job.
