As a Part Time Automotive Service Advisor, you will act as the liaison between customers and our automotive service technicians. You will greet customers and discuss their automotive service needs, provide cost estimates, and schedule appointments. You will also communicate with customers throughout the service process, provide updates on the status of their vehicle, and discuss any necessary repairs or maintenance that may be needed.Responsibilities:- Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs- Provide accurate cost estimates for services and repairs- Schedule appointments and communicate with customers throughout the service process- Discuss any required repairs or maintenance with customers- Assist customers with picking up and paying for their vehicles- Maintain customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns or issuesQualifications:- High school diploma or GED- Previous experience in customer service or automotive industry preferred- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Knowledge of automotive service and repairs- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsIf you have a passion for customer service and automotive care, we want to hear from you.
