We work on mostly Ford Powerstroke and Cummins, just don't see a lot of Duramax, but that doesn't mean you can't apply to work on the Fords and Dodges, in some cases they use the same fuel system. It's all nuts and bolts and the pistons still go up and down. Work ethic and striving to put out the best product is the most important attribute to us. This opportunity is located at our Hayden location; working rotating 4-10s where every 4-5 weeks you will have 5 days off in a row! Responsibilities: --- Use diagnostic equipment, technical expertise, and the vehicle's integrated diagnostic systems to identify and determine the cause of malfunction codes --- Perform routine maintenance, as needed, like checking fluid levels, rotating tires, and oil changes --- Adhere to manufacturer specifications to maintain vehicle systems and ensure customer satisfaction --- Follow a checklist-based approach to comprehensively examine all vehicle systems, such as the engine, transmission, air conditioning, and brake systems --- Establish processes for tracking diagnostics and system repairs, maintaining up-to-date manufacturer specifications, and more Qualifications: --- Possess a high school diploma or GED --- Must have completed a post-secondary training program in automotive service technology; associate degree a plus --- Stellar customer service and communications skills are mandatory --- National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence, or ASE certification is strongly desired About Company: Lake City Auto Care utilizes "state of the art" high-tech tools and technology and training to best serve our customer's vehicles.
