Requirements: PA Damage Appraiser License 2 to 5 years experience CCC Pathways & Mitchell Experience preferred Valid Drivers' License Responsibilities: Create estimates for customers inquiring about service Negotiate payments with insurance companies Submit bills Thoroughly checks the customers' vehicles to determine all damage to the vehicle include: structural, exterior and interior damage, overall body and mechanical issues. Proper completion of insurance claim forms to indicate repair or replacement cost estimates and specific recommendations Provide an exceptional customer experience.
