COMPENSATION AND ADVANTAGES: As a full- or part-time Auditory Verbal Therapist, you'll enjoy a competitive wage ranging from $50 to $70 per hour , honoring skills and experience. We also value the future of all our employees, which is why our full-time employees are eligible for health insurance, paid PTO, sick time, paid holidays, CEU compensation, and 401 (k). We may extend a flexible 401(k) plan to part-time employees meeting the hour requirements. Additionally, we offer substantial flexibility in scheduling. Our team members have the freedom to manage their time around patient appointments, working between 2 to 5 days a week. A DAY IN THE LIFE: Your role as a full- or part-time Auditory-Verbal Therapist involves administering comprehensive evaluations to discern individual auditory skills and therapy needs. You provide tailored auditory-verbal therapy services, fostering significant strides in audition, speech and language skills. Additionally, you play a crucial role in counseling parents, nurturing their understanding, resilience, and optimism. This multifaceted engagement brings the fulfillment of witnessing communication growth in the children you work with and empowering their parents. Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) 2 years of experience with hearing-impaired children A Certified Auditory-Verbal Therapist would be ideal but mentorship is also available THE BLISS EXPERIENCE: Bliss Speech and Hearing Services, Inc. is a thriving pediatric speech/language therapy practice with specialists in the field of hearing impairment located in the heart of Dallas.
