Seekinga full time, hospital employed Audiologist who will serve a patient populationranging from pediatric to geriatrics in our outpatient ENT Clinic. These services encompass the assessmentand habilitation/rehabilitation of auditory and vestibular impairments, and theprevention of these impairments. Canadian TN Visa welcome to apply. Compensation: CompetitiveSalary Range $70,000 – $111,000. Relocation, Sign-on, and Education LoanAssistance Benefits: 403B retirement plan with match Health, Dental, Vision, Life, andDisability insurances Combined Time Off College Savings Account Malpractice provided CME funded annually PSLF Eligible Employer Qualifications: Doctorate of Audiology orequivalent degree(s), such as Masters with experience. Completion on a appropriate clinical externship is required ; 1-3 years of clinic experience preferred. Licensed in the State of Vermont or eligibility to obtain Eligible for CCC-A or ABA BoardCertification. Responsibilities: Evaluate auditory function throughinterpretation of behavioral and electrophysiological measures. Assess vestibular function usingclinical and electrophysiological measures. Provide counseling to patients andtheir families on hearing loss, educational implications in children, andtreatment options. Offer guidance on the use ofamplification devices, including Osseo integrated devices. Counsel patients on tinnitusassessment and management. Educate patients on hearingconservation and the use of noise protection. Evaluate and fit amplificationdevices, ensuring proper counseling and training on their use.
