The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling legal matters related to real estate transactions and probate cases, providing high-quality legal services to clients in these areas.Duties:Represent clients in real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing contracts, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.Manage probate cases, including filing probate petitions, handling estate administration, and resolving disputes related to wills and estates.Conduct legal research and provide legal advice on matters related to real estate and probate law.Prepare and review legal documents, including deeds, wills, trusts, and other estate planning instruments.Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and options related to property transactions and estate matters.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to facilitate case progress and resolution.Attend court hearings, mediations, and meetings as necessary to represent clients' interests.Stay updated on changes in real estate and probate law to provide current and accurate legal advice.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to practice law in Ohio and in good standing.Experience or strong interest in real estate and probate law.Strong legal research and writing skills.Effective communication skills for client interaction and negotiations.Certifications:Admission to the Ohio Bar (required).Skills:In-depth knowledge of real estate and probate law, including experience with property transactions, estate administration, and related legal matters.Excellent legal research and writing skills, with the ability to draft and review complex legal documents.Strong negotiation and communication skills for interacting with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.Ability to manage multiple cases and legal matters efficiently.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for handling legal documentation and case files.
