Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Preclinical & Translational Project Leader. Key Responsibilities: Program Leadership: Take ownership of assigned biopharmaceutical programs, from initiation through completion Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with team members across different functions to ensure seamless coordination of efforts Project Management: Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, while ensuring projects adhere to established goals Required Qualifications: MS/PharmD/PhD in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, business, or related healthcare area Experience within preclinical stage ophthalmic, otic, and/or neurology programs Industry work experience in drug development with knowledge of FDA and ICH GCP guidelines Experience in design and management of IND enabling and translational studies Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project (or related tools) and maintaining project documentation
