A company is looking for an Associate Director of Credentialing Quality - Remote. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of a National Credentialing Center of Excellence and oversee delegation agreements with payors Manage the quality program, conduct audits, and provide feedback to improve processes Develop credentialing policies and procedures and ensure maintenance and governance Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience with accreditation and regulatory standards, such as NCQA requirements 4+ years of experience in the health care industry working within provider teams 4+ years of Lean Six Sigma experience 3+ years of supervisory experience Proficiency with MS Excel & Word
