McManimon, Scotland & Baumann, LLC is seeking a talented and motivated associate attorney with 1-3 years of experience in commercial litigation or real estate/transaction work for the bankruptcy group resident in our Trenton Office (hybrid schedule). Bankruptcy experience a plus. Associates in our Trenton office will have immediate exposure to clients, adversaries and courtroom experience. Candidates should be admitted in NJ (PA and/or NY admission a plus) and possess strong academic credentials, excellent writing, and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent drafting skills. Must be able to handle multiple projects at one time and have excellent interpersonal and client-interfacing skills.Firm Description:Located in Roseland and Trenton, NJ, MS&B is a law firm focused on NJ serving both governmental and private sector clients.
