We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our team, specializing in reckless driving and DUI defense. The ideal candidate will have a passion for criminal defense, strong litigation skills, and a commitment to advocating for clients' rights. Responsibilities: --- Represent clients in court for reckless driving and DUI cases. --- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. --- Develop case strategies and manage cases from inception to resolution. --- Negotiate with prosecutors and other legal representatives. --- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients. --- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to reckless driving and DUI. Qualifications: --- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. --- Admission to the State Bar of Virginia. --- No experience necessary, but 1-3 years of experience in criminal defense preferable with a focus on reckless driving and DUI cases --- Strong understanding of State DUI and Traffic laws. --- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. --- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. --- Ability to manage multiple cases and work independently. --- High ethical standards and professional integrity.
