The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and have at least 2 years of experience practicing law, preferably in a similar role. This position involves conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court hearings and proceedings.Duties:Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on various cases and legal issues.Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and correspondence.Represent clients in court hearings, trials, mediations, and other legal proceedings.Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and third parties.Assist senior attorneys in case management and strategy development.Maintain organized and updated case files and documentation.Collaborate with legal support staff and other professionals as needed.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the bar in the state of California.3-5 years of experience in real estate and business litigation.Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures related to litigation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar of California.Skills:Proficiency in legal research and analysis.Drafting and preparing legal documents.Courtroom representation and litigation skills.Communication and interpersonal skills.Case management and strategy development.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Experience:3-5 years of experience in real estate and business litigation.Benefits Offered:Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Health, dental, and vision insurance options.Retirement savings plan (401k) with employer match.Paid time off and holidays.Professional development and training opportunities.
