Our law firm is seeking a skilled personal injury attorney to join our growing team and help clients find justice and compensation for their injuries. Our ideal candidate will handle case files from start to finish and have excellent credentials and a passion for helping people. Responsibilities: • Document and update the status of all case files in the case management system• Represent the client at hearings, trials, mediations, depositions, and litigation• Interview clients, supporting witnesses, expert witnesses, insurance company adjusters, and medical providers to collect information• Delegate tasks and manage a team of litigation paralegals, legal assistants, personal injury paralegals, case managers, and legal secretary• Draft, review, and modify claims, motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents• Finding ethical solutions to legal matters• Covering PIP recorded statements and PIP Examinations Under Oath• Otherwise handling case management from inception to completion• Staying informed about any current legislation and case law• Building trustworthy relationships with clients• Drafting pleadings, written discovery, and motions• Arguing motions and covering depositions• Marketing firm services in the community and as otherwise required Qualifications: • A bachelor’s degree and a J.D. degree is required• Superior research, negotiation, drafting, and communication skills are highly valued• State license to practice law and State Bar Association membership is mandatory• 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation or trial experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, or civil litigation practice areas is needed• Knowledge of personal injury law/ tort law, medical terminology, wrongful death, civil and family law, and medical malpractice is vital• Florida licensed attorney in good standing with Florida Bar, with no disciplinary or malpractice history• Outstanding academic credentials• Self-starter, driven by long-term career goals• Superior oral and written advocacy skills• Team oriented Compensation: $70,000 - $135,000 salary + bonuses About Company: At Frankl Kominsky Injury Lawyers, we are committed to providing aggressive, effective legal representation to each individual client.
