The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in real estate law, a strong trial background, and the ability to manage cases independently. This position offers an excellent opportunity for career growth within a dynamic legal team.Duties:Manage litigation cases in areas such as HOA disputes, real estate law, Landlord/Tenant Law, Business Litigation, and Personal Injury.Draft legal briefs, conduct depositions, and participate in mediation.Independently prepare cases for trial and ensure all legal processes are completed on time.Collaborate with legal secretaries to ensure proper calendaring and filing of documents.Utilize legal software for effective case management.Advocate for clients in court, ensuring professionalism and adherence to ethical standards.Requirements:Minimum 3-6 years of litigation experience, preferably in real estate law.Strong trial experience and ability to independently handle cases from start to finish.Strong written and verbal communication skills.High level of attention to detail and organizational abilities.Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in legal software and case management technology.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar in good standing.Certifications:Active membership in the State Bar of California.Skills:Expertise in real estate law and related litigation areas.Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a legal team.Excellent time management and multitasking capabilities.Job Location:Los Angeles, CABenefits:Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off and vacation days.Opportunities for professional development and continuing education.A supportive work environment with opportunities for career growth.
