This hybrid position is ideal for a litigation attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience looking to work in a diverse practice area with established client relationships. If you are a friendly, solution-oriented team player, we encourage you to explore this opportunity.Duties:Provide legal counsel and representation in a variety of areas, including community association law, contract negotiation, and litigation of disputes.Advise clients on corporate governance and enforceability of CCRs (Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions).Assist in resolving architectural disputes and performing insurance reviews.Engage in contract litigation, personal injury claims, property damage claims, and construction law matters.Collaborate with a team of attorneys to develop strategies and solutions for complex legal issues.Educate clients on relevant laws and regulations affecting community associations.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in California.A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, with 6 years preferred.Experience in community association law is beneficial but not mandatory.Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.Education:JD from an accredited institution.Certifications:Licensed to practice law in California.Skills:Excellent research, writing, and communication abilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Commitment to collaboration and teamwork.Benefits:Competitive salary with reasonable billable hour expectations.Great workplace culture and supportive team environment.Comprehensive benefits package, including generous 401(k) matching contributions.This position offers a unique opportunity for a motivated attorney to contribute to a well-respected legal practice while furthering their career in litigation.
